  • No Cloud Processing: All calculations, data organization, and other functions happen locally on your phone or tablet.
  • No Developer Access: We cannot see, access, or export your data. It is never sent to our servers.
  • You Are in Control: Your information is stored securely within the app's private storage on your device, which only you can access.

What Information is Handled?

Information We Do Not Collect or Access
  • Personal Identifiers: We do not access or store your name, email address, phone number, contacts, or any other personal account information.
  • Health Information: Any health records, conditions, medications, or other data you import remain yours alone.
  • No Cross-Referencing: The app does not scan or link your health data with other information on your device.
  • Usage Analytics: We do not track how you use the app, which buttons you tap, or how long you spend on screens.
Information You Manage

The only data processed is what you choose to import:

  1. Importing Documents:
    • Scan physical documents with your camera.
    • Share PDFs or files from email, photos, or file manager.
    • Documents are processed locally into the HL7 FHIR (Fast Healthcare Interoperability Resources) standard.
  2. Connecting to FastenHealth OnPrem:
    • You or a trusted entity control this open-source platform.
    • Records are downloaded directly to your device; they never pass through our servers.
How Your Information is Used

Your data remains on your device and is only used to:

  • Process and structure imported or scanned documents.
  • Display your health records, lab results, and medication history to you.

We do not use your information for advertising, research, or any other purpose.

Data Storage, Security, and Sharing
  • Storage: All data stays in the app’s secure sandboxed storage. Use device-level protections (passcode, Face ID, etc.) for safety.
  • Sharing: We do not and cannot share your data. Any exports are fully controlled by you.
  • Deletion: You can delete data in the app at any time. Removing the app deletes all data permanently.
Children’s Privacy

Our service is not directed to individuals under 16, in compliance with GDPR. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you discover a child has provided data, please contact us.
